- I would like to apply for a guide, how do I do it?
- Please fill out the Application Form on our website and submit it. We will contact you within 48 hours with the result of whether we have a guide available.
- How do I know if my application was sent successfully?
- If your application was submitted successfully, you should have received an email with the details of your application to the email address you provided. If you did not receive it, please check your email in the trash.
- Should I just wait for the guide to contact me after I have applied?
- First, we will contact you to see if we have found a guide for you. If a guide has been found, we will reconfirm your request for an introduction. After confirmation, the guide will contact you directly by e-mail.
- How much is the guide fee?
- Guide fees vary from guide to guide. Please speak directly with your guide to confirm terms and conditions.
- How do I pay the guide fee?
- Please confirm the terms of payment of the guide fee directly with the guide. We will issue an invoice to you only when we receive a request from the guide to collect the guide fee on his/her behalf. Payment to us can be made by credit card.
- How much is the guide introduction fee?
- We do not receive any guide introduction fee from our clients. There is no guide introduction fee, so please feel free to apply.
- When is the deadline for application?
- We accept applications up to one week prior to the desired date of guiding. All guides are very busy these days, so we recommend that you book a guide at least 3 months before your desired date.
- I want to know the cancellation/refund policy.
- Please check with your guide regarding cancellation/refund conditions. If we collect the payment on the guide’s behalf, we will process the refund based on the instructions from the guide.
